TTT purchase, use and refund terms

Professional use and delivery

Toolbox to Table supplies digital training and professional companion resources. These resources do not replace governing codes, standards, specifications, approved procedures or qualified professional judgment. Obtain and apply the requirements governing your work.

Use your own TTT account for purchases. Access is granted after payment is confirmed, not merely after returning from checkout. Workbooks and instructor materials are delivered through the account library; individual instruction remains online. Check the product page for contents and software requirements before buying. Desktop Microsoft Excel is required where specified; compatibility with other spreadsheet applications is not promised.

The checkout shows the amount and applicable taxes before payment. No subscription or automatic renewal is included in these products. A new purchase is not required for the remedial training and reauthorization described below.

Contact support@toolboxtotable.com with your purchase email, order reference and a description of the issue. Do not send payment-card details. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Refund eligibility

Request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if individual training has not been started, or if a workbook or instructor package has not been downloaded. TTT reviews eligibility; submitting a request does not itself approve or issue a refund.

Once training has started or product materials have been downloaded, routine change-of-mind refunds are not available. Opening an account, viewing an order or reading these policy documents alone does not start training. Failed or interrupted access and downloads are reviewed rather than automatically treated as successful use.

Duplicate charges, purchase of the wrong product, and substantial unresolved access or product defects may be reviewed as exceptions, including after the routine eligibility period or use. Contact support with the evidence. This does not remove statutory rights.

Failing an examination is not a refund reason. Required remedial review or retraining and administrator reauthorization after three unsuccessful attempts do not require another purchase. Once a certificate has been issued, routine refunds are not available; the exception review above remains available.

TTT issues approved refunds in full only; partial refunds are not offered. Refunds return to the original payment method. A refund confirmation does not mean the funds are already visible in the bank account. Refunded access is revoked; stop using and delete refunded licensed materials.

Individual training and PDHs

An individual enrollment is for one named learner. Do not share the login, examination authorization or course content. Instruction is completed online in TTT. Downloadable course materials are limited to released study guides, purchase records and earned certificates, together with these policy documents.

Complete the required lessons and practical activities before examination authorization. Every final examination requires at least 80% to pass and permits three attempts per authorized cycle. WPS-101, VI-101 and TRACE-101 have 50 questions; GSI-101 has 75. Practical capstones are training activities and do not affect the examination score.

After three unsuccessful attempts, review or retraining and administrator reauthorization are required before another examination cycle. This remedial process is included without a new course charge; it is not immediate or unlimited unrestricted examination access.

After a verified passing result is processed and the certificate is issued, that enrollment's training and examination access closes. Purchase history and the active certificate remain in the account. A later voluntary purchase creates a separate enrollment.

PDH acceptance, including repeat-course credit, is determined by the receiving board, employer or certification body. Confirm eligibility before purchasing. TTT does not guarantee credit acceptance. A completion certificate is not professional licensure, personnel certification or authorization to perform regulated work.

Workbook license

A workbook purchase licenses one user to use the purchased edition for their professional work, including creating records for their employer or customers. Completed work outputs may be shared for that work. The workbook template, formulas, source files and unfilled masters may not be redistributed, resold, publicly posted or shared as a substitute for another user's license.

Each additional workbook user requires a license or a written arrangement with TTT. Keep a backup of the purchased edition. Continued use of that edition is permitted subject to these terms; lifetime updates and future editions are not included unless expressly stated.

Instructor edition license

The $549.99 instructor edition licenses one named instructor to deliver repeated live classes to internal personnel and paying external customers. The named instructor is recorded at checkout. Each additional instructor requires a separate license or written permission from TTT; a company purchase is not an unlimited company-wide instructor license.

The instructor may present the supplied teaching materials and distribute only materials expressly designated as learner handouts to their class participants. Editable files may be used for their intended instructional or administrative purpose. Do not share instructor masters, answer keys or instructor-only materials with learners or other instructors.

Do not resell or publicly post the package, share the account, or upload the content to another learning platform without written permission from TTT. The license permits live teaching, not redistribution of the training product. Continued use of the purchased edition is permitted; no lifetime updates or future editions are promised.

ClassMarker examination and TTT certificate seats are separate from the instructor package. Arrange those seats with TTT before promising examination access or TTT certificates to participants. Buying an instructor package does not itself authorize certificate issuance or confer a professional credential.
