Privacy

TTT uses account, purchase, training, examination, completion, and website-measurement information to operate the service and support customers.

Information used

Account information includes your name, email, and optional organization. Service records include orders, payment references, accepted policy versions and times, named instructors, training progress, training-start and download-delivery events, examination attempts, certificates, support correspondence, and administrative audit records. Hosting and security providers may also process technical connection and device information.

Website measurement

TTT uses first-party website measurement to understand which pages and products are being viewed and whether a visit leads to sign-in or checkout. These records can include the page path, a randomly generated browser-session identifier, campaign tags included in a TTT link, the related product, the signed-in account identifier when available, whether the visit is marked as a controlled test, and the time of the event. TTT does not place third-party advertising trackers on the site and does not store payment-card details in these measurement records.

Why it is used

We use these records to sign you in, fulfill purchases, manage licenses and access, deliver examinations and certificates, investigate failed access or billing issues, review refund requests, measure website and campaign performance, and protect the service. Download records show server activity, not proof that you read or saved a document.

Service providers

TTT uses Supabase for authentication, Stripe for payments, Resend for service emails, ClassMarker for examinations, and Cloudflare/OpenAI hosting infrastructure for the website, protected files, and first-party measurement. Relevant information is provided to those services to perform their functions. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in the TTT application database.

Sign-in and service messages

Sign-in uses session information in your browser. Necessary messages include sign-in instructions, purchase confirmations, examination access, and certificates. Purchase acknowledgment is not marketing consent.

Certificate verification

The verification service can show a certificate holder’s name, course and version, PDHs, completion details, and certificate status to someone supplying the required certificate identifiers. Do not share verification details more widely than intended.

Retention and requests

TTT retains records for operating accounts, supporting purchases, measuring the service, verifying training and certificates, resolving disputes, and meeting applicable recordkeeping obligations. No automatic deletion schedule is promised. Contact support@toolboxtotable.com to request access, correction, or deletion. Requests are reviewed against identity verification, recordkeeping needs, and applicable rights; deleting an account does not necessarily erase every transaction or audit record.

For privacy questions, email support@toolboxtotable.com. Do not send card information or sign-in codes.
