Controlled completion standard

The final examination contains 50 questions, requires 80% to pass, and permits a maximum of three attempts. After three unsuccessful attempts, review or retraining and administrator reauthorization are required. Complete the required lessons and practical activities before examination access is released. Practical activities do not contribute to the final examination score. Required retraining and administrator reauthorization after three unsuccessful attempts do not require another purchase.

After a verified passing result is processed and the certificate is issued, that enrollment’s course and examination access closes. A later purchase creates a new enrollment; acceptance of repeat-course PDHs is determined by the receiving organization.

Confirm PDH acceptance with your licensing board, employer, or certification body before purchasing. An instructor package does not, by itself, establish that a learner has completed training or passed an examination; its supplied license and course administration instructions govern its use.
