Course outcome

Turn paperwork into verified material identity.

The course separates record review, physical identity, traceability transfer, heat-map control, discrepancy handling, and final turnover documentation.

Review material records

Identify specifications, grades, heat or lot numbers, product descriptions, test results, certifications, revisions, and missing or conflicting information.

Maintain traceability

Preserve identity through receiving, storage, cutting, fit-up, fabrication, transfer marking, heat mapping, and final documentation.

Document discrepancies

Recognize gaps, quarantine uncertain material, escalate technical questions, and preserve objective evidence and disposition authority.

Completion controls

One controlled examination and a documented retry workflow.

The branded TTT-TRACE-101 Final Examination is delivered through the ClassMarker backend. It contains 50 questions, requires 80% to pass, and permits a maximum of three attempts. After three unsuccessful attempts, assigned review or retraining and administrator reauthorization are required. Heat-map practicals are training and are not separately pass/fail. Acceptance of the 12 PDHs is determined by the applicable employer, licensing body, client, jurisdiction, or other authority.

Technical boundary

Practical training that supports controlled requirements.

The course does not replace governing material specifications, construction codes, purchaser requirements, approved procedures, MTRs, or authorized technical disposition. Users must consult the applicable legally obtained requirements.
